Welcome to the Leader in Employee Volunteering application page. This is where you tell us about how you enable your employees to volunteer through innovative projects. This category is open to companies with the finest practices that have encouraged and enabled employee volunteering in 2018. The applicants will be assessed on the basis of : Extent of employee engagement Support by the Company towards volunteering Program design and impact Initiative and innovation undertaken or success of initiative and innovation Selection Process: The awards team will conduct an initial screening of all entries submitted to the iVolunteer Awards. If your entry is selected, a brief summary of your volunteering experience will be uploaded on the iVolunteer Awards website. This synopsis of your work will serve as your public profile that people will use as a reference to know and learn more about you and to vote for you. The five applicant profiles that receive the highest number of votes as well as five applicant profiles shortlisted by a ‘Panel of Experts’ will then be presented to the National Jury. Names of the finalists will be announced on the website and all our social media platforms. The National Jury will select the winner in the Leader in Employee Volunteering category, whose name will be declared at the iVolunteer Awards Ceremony.
