Ansh Jain has been volunteering for the last ten years. He began his journey with humble causes and now dedicates himself to social problems in areas like sanitation, health and education. His projects include – “Sathi”, an initiative that brought awareness about the usage of sanitary napkins during menstrual cycle, which has impacted the lives of thousands of women in the Teori village. ‘Factory to classroom’ is yet another initiative which Ansh is currently working on with Jan Seva Sansthan to build toilets in villages. In his early days, he had also worked as Global Crossroad Volunteer in Nepal and with Ng Teng Fong hospital in Singapore. Ansh believes that his own happiness index goes very high by volunteering when he sees the end result and volunteering has been his biggest achievement.
