Sagarika currently leads CSR initiatives at the Godrej Industries group. She has a double Masters from the London School of Economics and is a trained Special Needs Educator.

A passionate social change maker with experience of working with various government, non-government organisations, volunteering groups and corporates. Ashutosh is a specialist in the Strategic Planning, Research, Project Cycle Management, Monitoring and Evaluations of the different social developmental projects. He believes in change and adapting to them quickly. On a personal note, he is an avid traveller and prefer exploring new places on his Royal Enfield Desert Storm.

Ankita has significant work experience of years in development sector. She has been associated with different national and international non-profits, whereby she worked on different domains of developmental programmes. She has been actively involved with causes of women rights and child rights and also has contributed towards writing white papers on sustainable livelihood models and women rights.

Volunteering is something that has given me so much of exposure to the realities of society. I feel by volunteering I have contributed to some extent, but I have gained a lot from it.

Amit has been volunteerng for nine years. His major focus areas have been blood donation, education as well as working with the hearing impaired and homeless people. He has been evangelizing the festival of giving, Daan Utsav, for the past six years and volunteering to serve the homeless with Robin Hood Army for more than three years now. Currently, he works with Tarang Life Care Foundation as Chief Project Manager.
